Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Manager of Clinical Governance Operations, you will oversee all elements related to clinical governance, particularly in subcontractor management, data entry, and quality assurance. Your role will also encompass the comprehensive management of clinical and risk reporting, ensuring that all operational facets of clinical governance activities are executed effectively.
Key Accountabilities:- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical governance requirements, fostering a culture that empowers staff to adhere to quality, clinical risk, and patient safety standards in line with relevant accreditation benchmarks.
- Lead governance, quality assurance, and process enhancement initiatives to optimize team operations, including workload distribution and risk reporting.
- Manage critical clinical governance policies and procedures, including the clinical governance plan, while providing support to the service delivery team.
- Facilitate improvements to essential governance systems that enhance team efficiency and drive insights into quality enhancement efforts.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of data from clinical governance activities, contributing to both internal and external reports.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and adherence to the governance, risk management, and compliance framework.
