The Sydney Showroom Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey at our Sydney showroom. This involves creating engaging product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting e-commerce offerings to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and conduct compelling product demonstrations to customers.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Utilize in-house systems to provide customers with timely updates on their orders and preferences.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, record messages, and forward them to colleagues for follow-up.
- Coordinate bookings for showroom visits, ensure efficient use of space, and provide product demos to customers.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to fulfill orders, obtain updates, and make changes as necessary.
- Maintain the showroom's facilities and administration areas.
- Assist in managing small-scale B2B customers and route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest among potential customers.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service experiences by quoting, invoicing, and organizing delivery for customers.
Requirements
- A dynamic and energetic individual who excels at building relationships with clients and understands the importance of exceptional customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or high-turnover sales environments (furniture experience highly regarded).
- A genuine interest in interior design or furniture design.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Confident in making autonomous decisions when required.
- Possess intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
- Strong phone presence and ability to problem-solve effectively.
Working Hours
Tuesday - Friday: 10.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 10.00AM - 4.00PM-
