The Commonwealth Bank of Australia is a leading financial institution that prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Client Services team in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless interactions between internal stakeholders, external contractors, and Group Property teams. You will be responsible for coordinating facilities management, providing top-notch customer service, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate meeting room bookings and events to ensure smooth execution.
  2. Assist in implementing standard operating procedures to maintain consistency across locations.
  3. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing complaints and escalating issues as needed.
  4. Answer basic AV queries and escalate advanced requests to the AV technician.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, events, or corporate reception.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to liaise effectively and resolve conflicts with customers and contractors both internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing booking systems.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
