**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Sydney office for a 12-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient and safe work environment under the guidance of the Workplace Experience Lead.
  • Manage JIRA service desk requests and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources and track expenses within the allocated budget.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute in-office events from start to finish.
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage office access cards and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Coordinate all office maintenance needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-growth dynamic environment with a hybrid way of working.
  • Previous experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, or office coordination is highly desirable.
  • Experience executing and hosting events.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and good time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Work Health and Safety guidelines and emergency management processes is desirable.
