$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description

The Showroom Representative plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience for clients visiting our Sydney showroom. This involves engaging with customers, promoting e-commerce offerings, and actively working with consumers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing product briefings and demo assistance to clients
  • Developing strong commercial relationships with customers
  • Using in-house systems to provide customer updates
  • Handling incoming calls, transfers, messages, and forwarding to individual follow-ups
  • Booking showroom visits, walks-in, and providing product demos, specifically focusing on task seating products available in Australia and online store products
  • Working closely with the showroom space to avoid overcrowding or unplanned walks-ins, ensuring a smooth experience for customers and staff members
  • Collaborating with Third Party warehouse teams to fulfill orders, obtain updates, and make changes
  • Maintaining showroom facilities and administration
  • Assisting small-scale B2B customers
  • Routing qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
  • Providing after-sales service experiences (quoting, invoicing, and organizing delivery)

Requirements:

  • Dynamism and energy, easily engaging with clients and understanding the importance of building relationships
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or high-turnover sales environments (furniture experience highly regarded)
  • A genuine interest in interior design or furniture design
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Confidence and comfort in making autonomous decisions when required
  • Possession of intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft and retail point-of-sale software
  • Strong phone presence
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Working Hours

Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
