About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead and inspire a dedicated team of sales consultants in Sydney as our new Showroom Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will be entrusted with driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring that the showroom reflects our brand's signature aesthetic of luxury and sophistication.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining our reputation for quality and luxury. Additionally, you will curate a visually captivating showroom environment that showcases our exquisite product offerings and inspires customers. Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stock shortages will be crucial, as well as cultivating strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A proven track record in leadership and management, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Experience working in luxury/premium spaces, preferably furniture, homewares, or design.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service and shopping experience delivery skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Possession of a passion for design and luxury aesthetics is essential.
  • Interior Design or Interior Decorating experience is beneficial.
