Bidding Coordinator Job Overview

As a key member of the Bidding team, you will play a pivotal role in preparing tenders and fee proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.

  • Develop compelling content for bids, proposals, submissions, presentations, and source material that resonate with clients.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Management platform through case studies, CVs, baseline content, and creative elements that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare fee proposals, submissions, and tenders with required documentation on time.
  • Plan, prepare, and project manage publications internally and externally to promote our brand effectively.
  • Design and develop fee proposal templates and drafts, including typing, copying, printing, filing, archiving, and delivery with precision.
  • Research clients for tenders, bids, and proposals to identify opportunities and build relationships.
  • Maintain corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements that accurately reflect our expertise.
  • Ensure statements and documents are updated and maintained for tenders and proposals to meet evolving client needs.

  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of Canva to create visually appealing materials.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines to deliver exceptional results.
