National Bid Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our bid team in supporting the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for tender documentation, design, and delivery;
  • Crafting processes, guides, and resources to promote best practice bid production across the organization;
  • Coordinating and managing the bid team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication;
  • Evaluating tender requirements and coordinating tender responses and client prospect pitch materials;
  • Establishing and driving tender timelines, coordinating internal stakeholders, and facilitating tender team meetings;
  • Creating and maintaining bid and tender processes, including templates, standard content, graphics, charts, and tables;
  • Providing training and support to team members in bid and tender processes and templates.

To be considered, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Business, Communications, or Marketing;
  • Proven experience in preparing bids and tenders in the construction industry;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, and Adobe Creative.
