Strategic Communications and Organisational Change Manager

At Stowe Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Communications and Change Manager to lead significant change and communications initiatives across our business. With a strong background in change management, communications, or a similar role, you will be responsible for executing communication strategies that effectively convey change initiatives to all levels of the organisation.
This is a key role in ensuring that our internal Intranet and Website effectively support our strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity. You will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement training programs that align with change initiatives and organisational goals.
We are looking for someone who can lead change management projects, ensuring that change is implemented effectively and with minimal resistance. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to engage and align key stakeholders and leaders, facilitating buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Your experience with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, Websites and learning management systems, will be essential in developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.
We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, company profit share, and access to our rewards program.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to provide expertise and support for projects outside the primary scope, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
