Organisational Change Expert for South Australian Education

**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Expert to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our HR Business Partners team, you will play a critical role in supporting the transition to the new Adelaide University structure.
**The Role**
The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional units across both universities to ensure a coordinated and collaborative transition. Your expertise in organisational change, combined with your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, will enable you to address staff concerns, foster a commitment to shared goals, and create a smooth transition process that supports employee engagement and operational continuity.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with leaders and staff to align teams with the new workforce structure
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS DEPARTMENTS
- Providing tailored support to teams addressing specific needs and challenges
- Conducting workforce modelling and team design, developing organisational charts that reflect the new structure with clarity and alignment to strategic goals
- Overseeing the development and evaluation of position descriptions, coordinating remuneration adjustments, and managing employment contracts for transitioning staff
**What We Are Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning, or a similar field
- Experience in supporting workforce transitions and organisational change
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively
- High-level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Highly developed organisational and project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities, projects and resources within tight timelines
