Organisational Change Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Transformation Specialist to collaborate with Shared Service Liaison (SSL) within a Federal Department and establish a Centre of Excellence for Organisational Change Management Practices and Processes.

The OCM Lead will play a critical role in establishing a robust and sustainable approach to change management within the business area, ensuring that change is implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption, and maximum benefit to the organisation and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change strategies tailored to the unique needs of the organisation
  • Deliver training and workshops to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and employees
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and navigate organisational dynamics

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead and coach others, inspire and engage teams

About the Role:

This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will require a current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance as an Australian Citizen.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience
