About the Role:

The Australian Red Cross is seeking a skilled Transformation Expert to lead strategic change management initiatives within its Human Resource Information System (HRIS) implementation. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and execute change management plans, ensuring a seamless transition for teams and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on change management support for teams and individuals to ensure readiness and adoption of the HRIS implementation.
  • Design and apply fit-for-purpose change approaches and deliverables to achieve organisational goals.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in change methodology or equivalent methodologies in a consulting organisation or mature change organisation.
  • Substantial experience in implementing change management policies and procedures.
  • Comprehensive project management experience and knowledge of approaches, tools, and phases of the lifecycle.
  • High level of digital capabilities, confident with technology, and willingness to develop current skills for additional efficient and productive work practices.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyse information, evaluate options, and make sound decisions to keep change on track.
