Strategic Acquisition Manager

As a seasoned M&A professional, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities within the home services sector. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing potential targets, conducting financial and operational due diligence, and negotiating deal terms.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You should also have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic acquisitions and a deep understanding of the home services industry.
Key Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or a related field
- Strong financial understanding and deal structuring skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage directly with small business owners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel deals
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of the home services industry and its business drivers
- Experience with roll-up strategies or consolidating fragmented industries
