Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of healthcare practices, ensuring efficient processes and optimal patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring financial performance, implementing operational strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various departments to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
