Event Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Event Planner. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
  • Design and coordinate event layouts, including floor plans and seating arrangements.
  • Coordinate the delivery, setup, and dismantling of event equipment and supplies.
  • Manage event inventory and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Develop itemized quotes for clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee the on-site installation team to ensure safety standards are met and events run smoothly.
Essential Skills Criteria:
  • Diploma in Event Management or higher.
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in event management.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
  • Familiarity with various types of event equipment and supplies.
