Senior Event Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our flagship consumer events.

  • Lead production and management of annual event schedules, floor plans, curation, and operational oversight
  • Manage office staff, including an Event Coordinator and at times additional team members in the lead-up to events
  • Oversee contractors and suppliers – obtaining quotes, issuing contracts, and delivering projects onsite
  • Coordinate catering operations and ensure compliance with food regulations
  • Manage event staff: onboarding, rosters, job sheets, and briefings
  • Oversee weekly progress meetings and report on milestones
  • Research and implement new initiatives across the event (e.g., sustainability, accessibility, sensory-friendly programming)
  • Manage risk assessments, health & safety plans, and liquor licensing requirements
  • Oversee content updates for exhibitor and caterer manuals
  • Research, implement, and manage ticketing, registration, and lead retrieval systems
  • Oversee signage, staging, and major installations

This is a fast-paced role requiring someone highly organized, confident in managing multiple stakeholders, and passionate about live events.
