About This Role: We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events professionally and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes.
  • Assist in the coordination of conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining restaurant bookings.
  • Book, update, and/or cancel bookings accurately according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and enquiry follow-up.
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure events are coordinated appropriately and meet client expectations.
  • Ensure presence on site for special events as event coordinator or at the direction of senior management.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required for coordination of events.
  • Maintain accurate records in the event management system.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by senior management.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings and participate in training and development programs.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up and work closely with clients to secure future business.
