Senior Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Event Coordinator to join our Executive Office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility with working hours, and full availability during event periods.
This is a full-time role based at Melbourne Park, delivering high-quality events from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting event planning and execution processes, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless event delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage event logistics, including invitations, passes, and accreditation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality events.
- Ensure efficient problem-solving under pressure.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high level of computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience in events, corporate, or VIP administration.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
