
Case Management Specialist

We are seeking a professional to coordinate the progress of complaints throughout the complaint life cycle.
This role will involve coordinating the preparation and implementation of case management plans, referring matters to investigations when necessary, and acting as the single point of contact for all parties involved in a complaint.
The successful candidate will have experience in industrial relations or human resources, a commitment to working in a high-performing team environment, and extensive knowledge of general and specialist HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the preparation and implementation of case management plans
- Refer matters to investigations when necessary
- Act as the single point of contact for all parties involved in a complaint
To be successful in this role, you will need:
