HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment.We are partnered with a specialist claims management firmdedicated to supporting Australians affected by mis-sold add-on insurance policies.

Backed by extensive industry expertise, the team has a strong track record of success in handling claims and delivering positive outcomes for clients. They combine deep knowledge with a commitment to consumer rights, ensuring individuals receive the support they need throughout the claims process.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid working arrangement - work from home 2 days per week
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Salary up to $80,000 plus superannuation
  • Direct mentorship from two experienced directors
  • Convenient location close to Melbourne CBD
  • Autonomy and ownership over your own caseload
The Role
  • Manage end-to-end claims, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome through efficient lodging, investigation, and settlement processes.
  • Assess claims by reviewing case details, gathering documents, and determining eligibility in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless claims experience.
  • Negotiate with insurers and banks to secure maximum refunds for clients while adhering to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • 24-month contract with potential to extend.
About You:
  • Background in law or legal processes - whether as a Legal Clerk, Paralegal, or similar, you're confident navigating complex documentation and sensitive matters
  • Strong investigative skills with critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in end-to-end case management, with the ability to prioritise and manage a caseload effectively
  • Skilled in negotiation and securing the best possible outcomes for all parties involved
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic, client-first approach
