Case Manager Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and implementing interventions to achieve optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes. To succeed in this position, you must apply advanced case handling skills with strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic approach to case management.
  • Evaluate recovery and liability aspects relevant to the workers' compensation scheme.
  • Pursue claims reviews and clinical case conferences to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Provide face-to-face case management support to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills are crucial for success.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is expected.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Required Expertise
  • You must have significant experience in case management within workers' compensation schemes.
