Key Enforcement Leadership Role

AUSTRAC is Australia's Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulator and financial intelligence unit.

The team plays a crucial role in enforcing laws and regulations to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. We work closely with law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and integrity within the financial system.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience in enforcement, regulatory compliance, or investigations at EL2 level or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, investigations, and enforcement principles.
  • Experience in civil litigation or complex investigations preferred.
