Director Enforcement

Australia's Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulator seeks a Director with expertise in enforcement and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in law or finance, combined with experience in government investigations
  • Leadership skills to develop implement strategies policies and procedures
  • Complex professional judgement in Enforcement matters
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The successful candidate will lead the Enforcement team deliver agreed outcomes build a high performing team and exercise approved delegations in accordance with legal requirements.
