Business Development Manager - Industry Applications

We are an international mid-sized group with a strong appetite for innovation and a growth-oriented approach. As a Business Development Manager - Industry Applications, you will play a key role in driving sales volume and margin growth in the region through strategic market development and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to achieve regional business revenue and margin expectations, with a focus on sustainable double-digit year-on-year growth.
  • Expand business in Tier I and Tier II channel partners, leveraging your commercial analytical experience and strong reporting skills.
  • Develop and manage channel strategies to drive growth, while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.
  • Operate effectively across departments to fulfill customer needs, from enquiry to order and shipment.
  • Liaise with NORMA Group setups in APAC and beyond to drive corporate and business development programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the Mining or New Energy sector.
  • Post-graduate qualification in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial analytical experience and strong reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective customer relationships.
  • Able to build, maintain, and analyze knowledge of market conditions and trends, as well as customer activities and competitive responses.
