Develop a long-term strategy with Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd to drive software business growth in Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Professional to join our team and help Australian software companies succeed in the cloud. As a key member of our Software Sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using AWS products and services.
A day in the life of this role will involve working with complex software customers and opportunities, developing go-to-market plans, and driving solution discussions with customers. You will also have the opportunity to influence decision makers across multiple domains and ensure customer success in building solutions on AWS that align with long-term business goals.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales and technical skills, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. If you have experience in software sales or business development and are passionate about the cloud, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives. They will also have a proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota obtainment. Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans and a deep understanding of emerging technology trends are highly desirable.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits. We also offer a comprehensive training program to support your career development and a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
