Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include:

  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to optimise service delivery, address issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to SLAs, identifying and addressing any deviations to maintain service excellence
  • Fostering an environment that encourages team members to embrace continuous improvement, empowering them to identify and implement enhancements in service efficiency
  • Ensuring customers' needs are understood and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Utilising data analytics to monitor service delivery metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making

Requirements for the role include:

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, with a focus on service delivery and customer experience
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and logistics management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex issues
