Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Box Hill location. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer service and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with rostering for all team members in the Care Community
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, manage petty cash and generate invoices
  • Support client services, tours and general enquiries
  • Provide reception and administration duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
