At William Buck NSW, we're seeking a Marketing and Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth through multi-channel marketing efforts. This role will work closely with leadership and the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, from building prospect lists and creating content to channel selection and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Governance: Ensure William Buck's branding is consistently represented across all channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing: Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies, working closely with key partners to amplify our brand's visibility and drive business development opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand specific sectors within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to reach audiences effectively.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination.
  • Data Analytics: Measure campaign effectiveness, report on performance, and ensure sponsorship initiatives meet ROI and business targets.

Requirements:

  • A passion for professional services marketing, with the ability to identify and maximize brand development opportunities.
  • A deep understanding of brand identity and narrative, with an eye for detail in maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • The ability to pivot between marketing disciplines, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to assess sponsorship value and deliver measurable results.

Skills and Expertise:

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, communication, or PR.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven expertise in sponsorship marketing and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Superior communication and content creation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
