Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide home help services and personal care to our aged care clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys having variety in their day and is passionate about delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide home help services including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Assist with personal care services such as getting clients out of bed, showered, and dressed, assisting with medications, and providing complex care for customers with high care needs.
- Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care.
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
