We have multiple positions available across Sydney, with a key focus in the **St George, Sutherland and Bayside **areas.

Tasks will include but not be limited to: assisting the client in the maintenance of their homes, personal hygiene, feeding, medication, shopping, social support and community access.At Gold Care Home Services, our staff are our priority, we ensure that our team are supported, recognised, and rewarded throughout their career.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Police Check and First Aid.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- Genuine regard to provide support to the elderly.
- Caring and patient nature.
- Commitment to ongoing development.
- COVID Vaccination with Booster (as per government requirements).
- Experience in the care industry. Not essential if you are willing to learn and have a genuine sincerity towards others.
- Bilingual (desirable but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Recognition of the Ausmed PassportTM.** Employees, new-starters and job applicants can obtain an Ausmed PassportTM free of charge by visiting the Ausmed Website.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. George Area, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Home Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Aged Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Access to your own vehicle? (preferred)
- comprehensive insurance (preferred)
- Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
