**Your Role**:
As a **Home Care Support Worker**, you'll assist our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Key duties include:

- Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding and medication.
- Supporting household tasks (cleaning, shopping).
- Providing social support and helping clients access their community.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.

**What We're Looking For**:
? **Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent** from an Australian institution
? **NDIS Screening Check**
? **First Aid & CPR Certificate**
? **Mandatory Vehicle & Driver's License** (Must have a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance)
? **Commitment to Caring** - A genuine desire to support the elderly with a compassionate and patient nature
? **COVID-19 Vaccination** - Minimum of two doses
? **1 Year of Experience in Aged Care (preferred)** or a strong willingness to learn
? **Bilingual (Desirable, but not essential)**
? **Excellent Communication Skills** - Able to connect easily with people

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Aged Care / Home Care / Disability: (preferred): 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability from Australia (preferred)
- Access to a vehicle and driving licence (preferred)
- Comprehensive car insurance (preferred)
- NDIS Screening check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
