Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across Cliffton Beach QLD and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for helping others live their best lives. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to clients with daily tasks, including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop genuine connections with clients and help them achieve their goals.
  • Participate in weekly social support groups in a community setting.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders using smartphone technology, apps, and email.
  • Hold a Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and current police check clearance.
  • Possess Current Certifications in CPR and First Aid.

What We Need From You

  • A strong understanding of English and ability to work independently.
  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance for client transportation.
