Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals in their homes and communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Aged Care sector and possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. They will also have a strong desire to help clients live independent and fulfilling lives, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Providing companionship and social support to clients
  • Assisting clients with transportation and outings
  • Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the Aged Care sector
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
