The Referrer Support Officer is responsible for coordinating booking requirements for top tier referrers, including medical specialists and sporting clubs.

This role involves making appointments for patients, from routine requests to urgent fit-ins and complex bookings. The officer will be the direct contact point for these referrers and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure effective workflows and communications.
