We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to manage tour bookings, coordinate with venues, and support administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in MYOB. They will be responsible for managing tour bookings, co-ordinating with venues, and supporting the director with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tour bookings in Western Australia on a weekly basis
  • Co-ordinate tours with relevant venues and confirm tastings, food, and costs
  • Liaise with venues in advance for large tour groups by providing them with pre-ordered food agreed upon by customers
  • Collate and send out quotations based on customer enquiries
  • Follow up with customers to request feedback and testimonials as well as provide them with photographs or video footage from their tour
  • Send out invoices by MYOB and follow up on payment as required
  • To support the director with all administrative duties
  • Willing to conduct research as and when required
  • Generate reports when required
  • Maintain full and accurate records of all clients and/or supplier records on relevant platforms
  • To be fully conversant with the services provided
  • Participate in project meetings, including post-project analysis and provide insightful input and ideas and effectively communicate project status and challenges
  • To be goal-oriented and proactive with a relentless focus on results

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience on MYOB is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic individual with cultural and moral integrity

Working Arrangements:

  • Part-time hours: 30 per week
  • Monday to Friday (approximately)
  • Ability to work from home
