Sonic HealthPlus is a Proudly Australian provider and the largest provider of corporate medicine in the country, with a national network of clinics delivering Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to corporate and community groups.
We are seeking a Health Bookings Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park.
Reporting to the Health Booking Manager, this role provides professional and efficient support to candidates and clinical DFR staff to ensure timely progression through the medicals and psychology components of the DFR Process.
The position helps optimise booking capacity and coordinate appointment changes, including short-notice changes.
Flexible work options are available (full time, part time, 4-day weeks, 9-day fortnights, or flexible start/end times).
DUTIES
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Liaising directly with Defence Force applicants for a premium candidate experience
Assisting in booking appointments and management of candidate records
Monitoring and quality checking availability configuration for future appointments
Adhering to KPIs including client wait time and reporting requirements
Logging all calls and monitoring phone queues and emails
Data inputting and validation
General administration duties
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be well organized with strong administration and customer service skills, and the following:
Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
Professional work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
Hold or be able to maintain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
Previous experience in a healthcare/medical setting and using a scheduling system is highly regarded.
Training will be provided; previous experience is not a requirement.
