Job Title: Key Account Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Professional to drive our retail success across key partners in Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to build on existing relationships and expand our brand presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drive retail sales growth and visibility through effective merchandising, retail education, marketing activations, and seasonal initiatives.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring exceptional service and alignment to commercial and brand goals.">
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for each retailer, focused on sales growth, visibility, and in-store excellence.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate forecasts, manage PO timelines, track inventory and replenish efficiently.">
  • Lead regular business reviews with key retailers, identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and securing future growth.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales, account management, or retail management - ideally within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.">
  • Proven track record of growing retail businesses and delivering against KPIs in Australia and/or New Zealand.">
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ beauty retail landscape, including Sephora, Priceline, Life Pharmacy, and pharmacy and department store channels.">
  • Confident and engaging presenter with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable leading retail training, in-store events, and external meetings.">
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.">
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.">
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.">
