Key Account Specialist Role
The role of a Field Key Account Representative is crucial in driving sales growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and ensuring brand excellence in-store. As the face of the brand in your territory, you will collaborate with retail staff and store managers to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Main Responsibilities
• Execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives in partner stores.
• Ensure premium in-store execution across merchandising, product layout, and stock levels.
• Train and inspire retail partners on product technologies, stories, and benefits.
• Share field insights with teams on market trends, competitors, and store performance.
• Drive sell-through via activations, events, and impactful training sessions.
• Uphold brand standards across all retail environments.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to exceed KPIs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and sustain relationships.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to influence sales performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behaviour.
Benefits and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail account management, field sales, or related commercial role.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and delivering against KPIs.
• Flexibility to travel regularly within assigned territory.
