
Customer Success Advocate

As a key player in our customer success team, you will have the autonomy to drive exceptional outcomes for current and prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound enquiry channels, follow up on applications in progress, and provide ongoing support to existing customers.

- Work closely with customers from initial enquiry through to funding education fees">
- Resolve problems and explain solutions to customers, following up to ensure a positive outcome">
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and communicate it effectively to customers">
- Follow up on and manage customer payments in a flexible and friendly manner">
- Liaise with other teams to continuously improve our service and product offerings">
- Collaborate with the credit and operations team to deliver the best possible outcome for each customer">
Requirements:

- Experience in finance, payments, or education sectors">
- Exposure to regulated consumer credit environments">
- Basic knowledge of interest and payment calculations">
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills">

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across the business">
