Job Title: Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Advocate to lead our team of customer-facing professionals. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding & Engagement - Guide new customers through onboarding process to ensure seamless activation and maximize impact.
  • Account Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive growth, retention, and upsells.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of customer success managers to consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Process Improvement - Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic action plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication - Collaborate cross-functionally with product and support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
