Nutanix is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer retention and subscription renewals.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional with 3-5 years of experience in software sales and customer adoption, retention, and renewals. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience connecting customers' business objectives with necessary technologies to achieve them.

  • Experience with renewal and recurring revenue models is required.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, Cloud, and networking is preferred.
Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a consistent cadence of client-facing activities designed to increase product adoption, deliver value to the customer, and increase the likelihood of renewals.
  2. Presentation Progress Check-Ins developed with Customer Systems Engineers to drive customer conversations surrounding adoption, support cases, license expiration, etc.
  3. Manage the full renewal opportunity and all related forecasting activities.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship development skills; passionate about customer success.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem solving under pressure when working through customer issues.
