Key Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for customers, including escalation and issue resolution
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored support and services
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met, including Service Level Agreements, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency
  • Monitor progress and availability of service and support teams, prioritizing tasks and managing challenging customer situations

Requirements
  • Strong experience in support processes, compliance, and project management, particularly in production environments

  • Experience in SAP Banking environment, including Cloud Delivery Models, is an advantage
  • Confident and impactful communication and management of senior stakeholders, both written and verbal
  • Experience planning and coordinating technology resources against operational needs
  • Adaptable and open-minded, with a willingness to work in an agile environment
