About the Role

The Case Success Manager will be responsible for managing the critical aspect of the client and law firm experience, assessing clients to determine their eligibility for financial support, and developing processes to monitor the status of funded cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing our culture to deliver an outstanding experience for each and every client and law firm partner;
  • Being the amazing, empathetic, and ongoing point of contact for approved clients and law firms;
  • Assisting in the assessment of client applications for funding, liaising with clients and law firms as required to develop a holistic understanding of a prospective client's needs;
  • Developing and implementing processes to monitor the status of funded cases;
  • Proactively identifying and responding to risks that may arise on funded cases;
  • Developing and maintaining deep relationships with law firm partners to ensure their experience is as positive, responsive, and supportive as possible;
  • Assessing and determining requests from clients and law firms to ensure they have the resources necessary to achieve an equitable settlement;
  • Reporting to the leadership team on the status of funded cases, including any loan risks and expected time to resolution;
  • Analysing the outcome of funded cases to improve and refine JustFund's credit assessment processes;
  • Assessing and approving requests for payment submitted by law firms;
  • Being willing to help out with the highest impact projects each week because we're a fast-growing fintech and that's what it's all about.

About You

We're looking for a results-driven, client-centric individual with +5 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice. You should be proactive, organised, and able to work effectively in a team.
