In the 12 months since our launch, we've received hundreds of applications from clients and already partnered with some of the leading family law firms in Australia.

We're looking for a Case Success Manager to join our team and help us build a seamless and life-changing legal finance platform for our clients and law firm partners.

About the Role

The Case Success Manager will be responsible for managing the critical aspect of the client and law firm experience.

They will also be involved in assessing clients to determine their eligibility for financial support.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in a fast-paced family law practice and be results-driven, client-centric, proactive, organised, and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client and law firm experience
  • Assess clients to determine their eligibility for financial support
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor the status of funded cases
  • Proactively identify and respond to risks that may arise on funded cases
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with law firm partners
  • Assess and determine requests from clients and law firms
  • Report to the leadership team on the status of funded cases
  • Analyse the outcome of funded cases to improve and refine JustFund's credit assessment processes
  • Assess and approve requests for payment submitted by law firms
