Client Success Manager

About the RoleAs a Client Success Manager, you'll be responsible for championing new business, estimating, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with our project management team to develop effective processes and achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake and prepare quotes based on approved designs
- Ensure tenders are accurate, cost competitive, practical, and comply with regulator and company standards
- Manage the CRM and nurture relationships with clients throughout the construction phase
- Post-construction, ensure relationships are nurtured and clients are happy with the process
- Client Experience Innovation: Be curious and innovative in creating and driving customer experience strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in a new business or account management position
- Ability to estimate and prepare quotes
- Experience in a similar role within a construction company
- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
