About this Role

As a senior operational policy lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our professional education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies aligned with program delivery objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update operational frameworks to ensure they remain current, clear, and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synchronize strategies with regulatory changes.
  • Support the development of delivery schedules for education programs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor the delivery footprint and dependencies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Integrate quality assurance principles into scheduling and policy development processes.
  • Establish quality plans to guide scheduling and policy execution, promoting excellence in all aspects.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of scheduling and policies through metrics, feedback, and audits, driving continuous improvement.

This role requires expertise in operational planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills.
