Operational Policy And Procedure Lead

About the Role :As the Operational Policy & Procedure Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining operational policies, procedures, and delivery frameworks that support CPA Australia's professional education programs.
This role involves working closely with the delivery team and internal stakeholders to support operational planning, ensure consistency in delivery practices, and uphold regulatory compliance.Your key responsibilities include :Developing, implementing, and maintaining operational policies aligned with program delivery objectives and regulations.Reviewing and updating operational frameworks to ensure they are current, clear, and compliant.Collaborating with legal, compliance, and other teams to align strategies with regulatory changes.Supporting the creation and management of delivery schedules for education programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resources.Monitoring the delivery footprint and dependencies.Embedding quality assurance within scheduling and policy development to ensure high-quality delivery.Creating quality plans to guide scheduling and policy execution.Assessing the effectiveness of scheduling and policies through metrics, feedback, and audits.This is a fixed-term position for 24 months.About You :You should have proven experience in developing and managing operational policies within complex organizations, along with :Experience in operational planning and scheduling, preferably in education or professional services.Expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement, using metrics and feedback.Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.Experience assessing operational changes to support policy evolution.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Why We Love Working at CPA AustraliaWe foster a vibrant, values-driven culture based on our core values: Create Opportunity, Pursue Excellence, and Achieve Together.What makes working here special :An inclusive culture that values diversity and respect.A people-first environment with passionate professionals.Hybrid work flexibility (minimum two days onsite).
