Operational Policy and Procedure Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, management, and maintenance of operational policies, procedures, and delivery frameworks that support the effective delivery of our professional education programs. This role will drive operational planning, ensure consistency in delivery practices, and uphold regulatory compliance across all aspects of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with program delivery objectives and regulatory obligations.
  • Framework Maintenance: Conduct regular reviews and updates of operational frameworks to ensure they remain current, clear, and compliant.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, professional conduct, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities while considering regulatory obligations.
  • Scheduling Support: Support the development, management, and maintenance of a high-level delivery schedule for professional education programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, resource availability, and academic calendars.
  • Delivery Awareness: Ensure awareness of the delivery footprint and its dependencies.
  • Quality Assurance: Embed quality assurance within scheduling and policy development processes to support consistent, reliable, and high-quality program delivery.
  • Quality Planning: Develop and maintain quality plans guiding the creation, review, and execution of delivery schedules and operational policies.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess the effectiveness of scheduling practices and policy frameworks through performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and audit findings.
