We are seeking a seasoned National Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and expand our business presence across Australia.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the last-mile delivery market.
About the Role- Develop Sales Strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the last-mile delivery market.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing consultative support and ensuring long-term success.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with operations, support, and tech teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and meet client needs.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our portfolio, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
Key Skills & Experience:- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the logistics or technology-led services sector.
- New Business Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and meet sales targets in a B2B setting.
- Last-Mile Delivery Market: Strong understanding of the last-mile delivery market, including trends, technologies, and customer requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
