About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive national expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities and validate internal and external leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, the industry, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and board presentations for the organisation.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and WHS policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You will have:
- A successful sales background in security or labour hire services.
- Demonstrated experience in securing new business and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to forge respectful and commercial relationships with customers, executives, and industry partners.
